I understand that coming for your first session can be daunting. This is why I pride myself on creating a relaxed environment where people can feel safe and at ease. I have been for counselling at various points in my life and understand what it is like to sit in the other chair.
Our Services

Face to Face Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
50 minute CBT sessions in person in Inverness.
These creative sessions are tailored to suit your needs and are personal to your goals. It is fine to bring a pet for support, ask as many questions as you'd like and tell me your interest so I can structure sessions around something you enjoy.

Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
50 minute CBT sessions delivered online. Access to a computer or phone with a stable wifi connection is required.
These sessions are tailored to suit your needs and are personal to your goals.

Small group CBT (online) for Social Anxiety
Designed for those aged 18-30 who struggle with social anxiety, this is a 6 session programme.
Next group will run on Wednesday evenings, 8-9pm, starting 8th of January.
With a maximum of 12 in the group, participants will learn more about social anxiety, what is keeping it going for them and strategies to overcome these problems.
